Trace Adkins reportedly entered rehab after 12 years of sobriety.
The Boot reported that the singer, who has been candid about battling with alcohol in the past, had been sober for 12 years, but during his stint on the Country Cruising entertainment cruise he apparently let his guard down.
Adkins was the top-billed act on the cruise, which also features Montgomery Gentry, Wynonna Judd, Craig Morgan and more. The cruise kicked off Jan. 12 and is slated to run until Jan. 19, but Adkins has decided to depart the run early.
