Seared Steak Bites w/ Red Wine Demi Glace
Seared pieces of choice petite tender, seasoned and drizzled with a robust demi glace.
Wild Caught Poached Jumbo Shrimp
Shrimp poached in court boullion and served with romesco sauce and citrus zest.
Salad/Soups:
House salad lightly tossed in warm vinaigrette or New England Clam Chowder served with sliced baguette.

Broiled Canadian Walleye
Walleye lightly seasoned and broiled; finished with a champagne cream sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf and roasted root vegetables.
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
Choice Ribeye is seasoned and slow roasted; served to desired temperature with a baked potato and roasted root vegetables.
Shrimp Scampi Linguini
Shrimp sautéed in lemon butter and garlic served atop linguini lightly tossed in white wine cream sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Roulade
