As many of you know, our primary focus at MinnesotaCountry.com is of course country music.  However, nearly 100% of bull riding and barrel racing fans love country music, and we found a partnership that has been great since day one earlier this summer.  The partnership we have, as many of you know is with Rice Bull Riding Company.  By utilizing our partnership, we’ve been able to gain awareness for both of our companies. Together we connect each others fans and by doing so we’ve each gained a great deal of new fans, friends, and have all around expanded our audiences even further.

Now that you know a tiny bit of why we’ve partnered together, we at MinnesotaCountry.com would like to send the following message of thanks online, right here, for the whole world to read if they wish to do so.  Nothing against any of the card companies out there, but we truly do believe Rice Bull Riding Company deserves a lot more than just a card in the mail, and of course all of this wouldn’t fit in the card anyhow.

When we first got approached by our now (2 year) sponsored bull rider Nick Stolt, we did our best to make it out to see him ride.  We went to the Washington Country Fair in 2013 to watch on a night when we had no concerts to attend.  At that show, we met a number of great people including Mr. and Mrs. Rice owners of Rice Bull Riding Company.  Although we only had a short amount of time to speak as they were busy putting on the show, they stood out as great, honest, loyal, caring and hard working folks.

Throughout the winter months we had kept in touch and discussed our current partnership.  Not much time later, MinnesotaCountry.com became a proud new partner of Rice Bull Riding Company!  We arranged for our 28 ft and 12 ft banner to be hung around the arena at every show which has helped bring a great deal of people to our website, and has turned many on to some of the great local music we have throughout our site as well!

Owners Dave and Christina Rice had also told us they would be holding their biggest show yet at The Sanford Center in Bemidji, MN on Sept. 5 2014 and invited us to come see the big show.  There were no concerts in the books at the time for us to attend, so we gave them our word we’d be there for the event they had put so much time, energy, and effort into putting together.  This show was The Bemidji Classic, which is also the last stop on this seasons tour.

We weren’t very excited about driving 4.5 hours each way to see the show, but afterwards we’re glad we made it to their big show!  It was truly amazing to see it all come together so great.  You’d have to have been there to see it!

Pictured below is “most” of their crew along with Dave and Christina Rice as well.  From the outside looking in, we’ve come to a conclusion that this is not just a crew, they’re really just like one big family.  If we at MinnesotaCountry.com were in this picture, we’d say the same thing as they treat us like their own family as well, not just at shows, but all of the time.

So this doesn’t become boring for those reading, I (Brandon G. Wallin owner of MinnesotaCountry.com) will end it with the following.

Thank you Dave and Christina for partnering up with us.  We appreciate it more than you know, and look forward to continuing our business relationship, as well as the friendship we’ve made along the way.  You and your “crew” are truly some of the best people we’ve had the pleasure to work with. Together you put on amazing shows that please the crowd from old to young.  We’ve seen other bull rides and barrel racing events, but you are truly the best at keeping your shows fresh, creative, and family friendly.

Your loyalty, honesty, respect, work ethic, and shows can’t be matched.  Keep up your great work, and thanks for allowing us to be on board, and most of all treating us the way you do.  We all appreciate it more than words can even begin to describe.

Thanks for all you do, and as always keep up the great work!  You and your crew are the reason “The Buck Starts HERE.”
