As individual artists, Ali, Jeff, and Mark have been fixtures on the Minnesota music scene for years. Together? Forget about it! The trio formed after Ali was singin’ away one sunny Saturday afternoon at the Narrows Saloon (Navarre, MN). A mutual friend in the audience recommended Jeff sit in on a couple tunes. After some impromptu renditions of Bobby McGee, Aimee, When You Say Nothing At All, and Small Town Saturday Night, Ali and Jeff decided the sound was too good to ignore. Jeff called his guitar pickin’ pal, Mark Knoll after one trial rehearsal, Two Hicks and a Chick was born!
Two Hicks and a Chick combine powerful pipes and professional pickin’ with three-part honky-tonk harmony! They especially enjoy gettin’ the toes tappin’ at happy hours, on the patio, and during those otherwise weary weekday nights!
